2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of php987's real-money Services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. php987 employs mandatory identity and age verification (KYC) to confirm eligibility. Any User found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required.

2.2 Jurisdiction

php987 is designed and licensed for use by players located in the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk. php987 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access from any jurisdiction where offering its Services would breach applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify that accessing php987 is lawful in their location before registration.

2.3 Registration Process

To open an Account, a User must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Users must also complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by php987.

2.4 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on php987. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. php987 may, upon detecting duplicate accounts, suspend all associated accounts, forfeit balances and bonuses, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.

3.1 Security of Credentials

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. php987 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. Users must not share their credentials with any third party and must notify php987 support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to their Account.

3.2 Account Activity

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account. php987 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a User's failure to secure their login credentials, subject to php987's own failure to maintain platform security. If an Account is compromised due to the User's negligence in safeguarding their credentials, php987 accepts no liability for resulting losses.

3.3 Personal Use Only

php987 accounts are for the personal, recreational use of the registered Account holder only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Using an Account to act as an agent or intermediary for other individuals is prohibited.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated dormant. php987 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, provided that prior written notice has been given to the User's registered email address. php987 will not allow a dormant account balance to be reduced below zero through maintenance fees.

4.1 Permitted Payment Methods

php987 supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer, among others as may be updated from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). php987 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed in the current payment method documentation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are as published in the Account cashier section at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted at php987's discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed full KYC verification. php987 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to payment methods not used to fund the Account may require additional verification. php987 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

php987 is obligated under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to apply anti-money laundering (AML) controls. php987 may require Users to provide documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into their Account. Failure to provide requested AML documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5.1 Game Rules

Each game on the php987 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except in relation to specific game mechanics, where the individual game rules shall govern.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or to gain an advantage not available to other players;

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that materially affects the outcome of any game or transaction, php987 reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and refund the staked amount to the User's Wallet. php987 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical error beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, php987 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with their use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if php987 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are enforceable, php987's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their php987 Account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Force Majeure

php987 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet service disruptions, cyber attacks, or acts of war.

10.1 php987's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

php987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority;
• Risk management or fraud prevention requirements.

10.2 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting php987 customer support. Any real money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User through their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable identity and AML checks.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure for any reason, the User's licence to use the php987 platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property protections, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force and effect.
